Next edition-IX. International Symposium of Turkic Culture, Art and Protection of Cultural Heritage/Art Activity, previous editions of which were held in Spain, Italy, Azerbaijan and Turkey will be co-organized by Turkish Handicraft Research and Application Center of Selçuk University of Turkey; MIRAS Social Organization in Support of Studying of Cultural Heritage, Azerbaijan and the University of Verona, Italy on 7-11 September 2015.
The main themes of the symposium is protection and study of cultural heritage in Turkic world, evaluation of rich Turkic culture, art, history and literature and spread of art, culture and archaeological tourism in Turkic-spoken countries.

Turkic art, culture, literature, folklore, history and, mythology
Protection of architectural works and restoration problems
Archaeological and excavation applications

PARTICIPATION TERMS
- Abstracts for symposium must be sent till 10.07.2015 and papers till 10.09.2015. Acceptance will be notified on 14.07.2015. Papers can be sent in Turkish, Azerbaijani, Italian, Spanish languages. 250 word English summary also must be included (Writing rules will be declared for those, whose papers are accepted).
- Size of posters must be 50x75 cm.
- “Turkic arts” exhibition will be opened within the symposium. One art work can be submitted to the exhibition.

- Registration fee for speakers and those presented art work (inclusive coffee-breaks, lunches, exhibition panels, publications, three language translation in two halls, transfer, guide, photos, etc.) is 300 Euros. For poster presenters fee is 80 Euros. Participants from Italy will pay 80 Euros.

For Azerbaijani participants there are two offers:
7-11 September
7-14 September

For 7-11 September offer, fee is 750 Euros (inclusive 300 Euro registration fee, 3 night in Verona, 1 night in Milan in 3 star hotel, breakfast, lunch and dinner, transfers, Milan EXPO 2015 tickets).
For 7-14 September the fee is 1050 Euro (inclusive 300 Euro registration fee, 3 night in Verona, 1 night in Milan, 1 night Sirmione, 1 night Padua, 1 night in Venice in 3 star hotel, breakfast, lunch and dinner, Venice, Verona-Milan-Como-Sirmione-Padua-Venice transfers, Milan EXPO 2015 tickets). It does not include travel expenses, visa and insurance.
