ICEA 2012 Agsu, Azerbaijan Meeting!

Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan, “MIRAS” Social Organization in Support of Studying of Cultural Heritage (Azerbaijan) and Dokuz Eylul University of Center for Studies on Caucasian & Central Asian Archaeology (Turkey) will hold 4th International Congress of Eurasian Archaeology, ICEA, in Agsu City on 1-5 October 2012 with support of Governor of Agsu Town.

Basic purpose of the Conference is bring together archaeologists conducted excavations in the monuments covered a historical stage of old time to last Middle Ages in Eurasian region; ethnographs investigated ethnical specification of peoples; scientists and managers studied scientific and practical basis of archaeological and ethnographic tourism. Archaeological excavations, scientific research implemented lately in Azerbaijan, as well as large-scale explorations in medieval Agsu Town created circumstance for arrangement of this Conference in Azerbaijan.

Presentations:
Presentations must be made 20 minutes. Russian and English-spoken reporters used Power-Point must submit presentations in Azerbaijani, or Turkish, Azebaijani, or Turkish-spoken reporters must submit presentations in English language at the first day of conference.
Accommodation:
Hotel and subsistence costs over conference of all conference participants will be paid by organizers.
Transport costs:
Transport costs will be paid by conference participants.
Registration fee:
Registration fee for members- € 100; non-members- € 125.
Proceedings:
Accepted reports will be published in the Conference Book.
