MIRAS Social Organization in Support of Studying of Cultural Heritage arranges cultural heritage camps within the scope of project of archaeological tourism complex of medieval Agsu town. 

MIRAS Social Organization in Support of Studying of Cultural Heritage arranges cultural heritage camps within the scope of project of archaeological tourism complex of medieval Agsu town. Mainly members of MIRAS Social Organization participate at the camp. They familiarize with archaeological explorations for a week, study conservation of things and construction remnants; and master closely documentation and photography. The participants’ knowledge is examined in the end and certificates confirmed their participation were granted to them.
The first camp took place on 7-11 August, 2012. Post-graduates and students on historian, economist and musician specialties (Albina Rzayeva, Ilgar Babayev, Ayshen Mehdiyeva and Ruslan Adgozalov) had been in Agsu town, unique remnant of Turkic-Islamic culture of Azerbaijan and got acquainted with Islamic artifacts and made some notes. The participants who followed newly-revealed metal coins’s clearance by art restorer Vugar Guliyev took close part in conservation of house and yard of 5th excavation site.
On last day MIRAS Music Group made trainings of the composition of Hamza Nigari ghazals (a kind of eastern poem) in medieval Agsu town. The workers, who excavated watched the trainings with interest.
